Default 2016 Honda Accord blower motor not working

Bought a 2016 accord sport for my daughter at a auction last week and cannot get the blower motor working , I have another 16 accord so I’ve been swapping parts blower , resister and 40 amp fuse so far and all tested good in my other car , what else could it be ? Control panel ? It lights up and works though

If you apply volts direct to the motor does it work? If not you need to check the ground circuit.

I'm talking about the one that does not work.
You are wasting a lot of time. We know we have a wiring issue. Check the power and ground to the one that does not work and put your other one back together and let it alone.

Yes. Put 12 volts on the motor. Does it run? If so we need to check the ground. What kind of understanding of electricity do you have?
