6 speed manual swap?

6 speed manual swap?
I've got a honda accord, 1999 2.3 f23a1, with a 5spd manual transmission, i believe p2a8. I wanna put a 6 spd manual in if it would aid gas mileage at all. I know some of the acura cl had a 6 spd manual, would that plug and play in the accord?
