Default 95' Honda Accord 2.7 a/c not working

i have recharged the coolant but it just doesn't seem to be using any of it. it doesn't blow any cold air with a/c on it just always blows outside or recycled air.

i would check the vss(vehicle speed sensor) if it isn't working to tell your ac that your car is moving then the ac system will not know that it needs to turn on and will not work.

the vss is located on the transmission

one of my friends who has a father in law thats a mechanic and he has some experience himself had me pop my hood, rev the tachometer to 3 then he said that either the compressor or the condensor (can't remember which) should kick in at those rpm's but it didn't could that have to do with the Speed Sensor also?

sorry don't know about the vss tied in with the a/c. The compressor does not latch on due to freon pressure switch does not work, or there is low freon, or the electrical magnetic latch on the compressor pully is not engaging. If you get a pressure guage kit for the a/c unit, and hook it up to the low side of the guage, you should have approx 20-25 est lbs on the guage. If low service needed but find the leak first.
