Default 96 acoord stalled while driving, wont start

My Accord stalled while I was driving 2 days ago while I was working. I finally had time to have it towed last night and it still won't start. I also can't get it out of park with out putting the key into the shifter over ride. Any help would be great. I just replaced the fuel pump 3 months ago.

Thanks for the welcome.
I changed the coil/ignitor, it didnt work. That was a whole different story. The one they gave me did not fit, the mounting holes wre about 3/8" off. but all the connections hooked up and it was the only one auto zone pulled up. Its the TEC not the hatachi. the timing belt is good because the rotor spins. I sprayed starter fluid down the intake while cranking, and did not even get a sputter. Checked for spark, got nothing. The fuse looked ok but had a little petina (sp) on it. Not sure if that would cause the problem but thats what im going to change out next.
Not sure how to check th fuel pressure, but like I said, no spark.
Theres got to be something Im missing.

no spark is normally coil/ignitor, or main relay.

Coil, relay or fuse. Easy fix.
