We Just bought a mint ALMOST brand new 2016 Honda Accord LX at a Honda Dealers with very few miles the original buyer had it a couple of months and decided to take it back to the dealers and trade it for a top of the line Accord with all the features they took a big hit financially on the deal . The Accord came with ONE Accord key with the remote fob built into the key. We need two keys .

We Have a left over remote FOB from a 2003 Honda ODYSSEY Can we program our new 2016 Honda Accord to accept the Odyssey remote FOB ?
has anyone tried that ? Just wondering ? It seems to me that the Honda vehicles MAY ? all use the same FOB programming ?? Thanks guys ... B0B

 

We Have a Valet key so if we can use the ODyssey remote fob with the new
2016 Accord then we need not buy an expensive replacement Accord key .
