Honda LX 4S: New to Honda's, My granddaughter"s Honda has an antifreeze Leak coming from a device that sits on the top, middle, back of the engine. Any idea what can be or needs to be done to stop this leak.
If more info is need will be glad to provide what I can.

are you talking about the iacv or idle air control valve ??? coolant does run to the iacv, you can remove clean and replace the seals. also make sure the lines aren't damaged and are clamped off properly. there are many DIY videos on youtube.
