fuel pump problem
i have rover 216 coupe 1994 (honda engine DOCH d16a8)
When i turn the key to the "on" position, i can hear the fuel pump buzzing, but it does not shut off like my other cars do. Usually the buzzing lasts for just a few seconds then shuts off, but on this car, it just keeps buzzing forever.
