Default Loss of power

i have rover 216 coupe 1994 (honda engine DOCH d16a8) its hardly working and it makes a deep noise and doesn't have power to pull sometime, sometimes it works very well. Someone told me about main relay and anotherone told me about fuel pump.

My ECU doesn't have any flashes for errors, i don't now what happens with my car.

Help please

Try cleanning the Throttle body first,it still could be a Fuel pump, when you turn the car off after driving, do you hear the fuel pump run ocassionally?

My car has even these signs :

1. When i turn the key to the "on" position, i can hear the fuel pump buzzing, but it does not shut off like my other cars do. Usually the buzzing lasts for just a few seconds then shuts off, but on this car, it just keeps buzzing forever.

2. some time Rough Idle like this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rKfgamciU7I

someone tell me you have a bad coil pack inside distributor
