Default Random Misfire P300 at Idle

I have a 99 Accord 3.0. I am getting a random misfire code. I have changed the cap, rotor, plugs (NGK), Wires (NGK), Control Module, Coil, Distributor, and still cant figure it out.
I dont think its a valve problem either because Here what really meaks me go insane is that when is high Humidity out raining as i drive it it goes away. But when its dry out it comes back. It does it when its a cold start but you can really feel it whan its warmed up.
The egr is new and the port is cleaned. Pcv is new as well. And a new Cat. I have heard that it could be the ECM so i found it and felt it, it was just a very little bit warm not hot at all. I am not sure if it could be an injector problem.
Has anyone ever ran into this type of problem. I have talked to a few differnt people and they seem to think its an electrical problem. Any that could help it would be greatly appericated.
