You can buy a tool called a boot puller, not expensive,or you can try twisting the boot instead of pulling ,that may break it loose, anyway when you do get them off, spring for a new set and like Matimar30 said use the grease.

if you need anything besides your hands to take out the plug wires then you'll prob end up buying new wires. a pair of pliers works too and it's prob part of your tool bag as well. ^_^
at that point you might want to spray a little wd40 to loosen it up. just clean all that up up before taking out your plugs and putting on new wires, otherwise it'll end up in you cylinders.

save some money here and use it for better parts later.

dang.. i can't believe this thread is still going..
If you want a stock replacement the ngk v-power copper works just fine at 2.29 each.
If you want something a little better then spring for the ngk iridium like i stated b4 and it's only 6.99 now.
Plug Wires. go with bosh cause it has a lifetime warranty and its 39.99.
so take your pick it's your car.. all these prices are from autozone here in california.

still cant believe you people are still taking about this.. lol

just looked it up.. duh.. my bad.. the coil is build in into to plug so it's a 1 piece. it looks like there's a bolt holding the coil inplace.. hope you know that? maybe that's why it's not coming off. lol. it's listed at 44.99 each and only a 2 year warranty at autozone. and since yours is a 6 cyl. it'll add up quickly if you replace all 6 of them. i was thinking if my 93 accord. good old f221a motor. i'd test it b4 you purchase it.. so that you only buy if yours is bad.

the coil packs are separate from the plugs not built in. they rarely need replacing but you wouldn't want anything but honda which i believe isa DENSO product. you can find them used at car yards fo cheap.
