Starting issue
I have a 2007 Honda Accord manual transmission. The issue I am having is my car won’t start and it happens off and on. I first thought it was the battery so I replaced it it was old it needed to be replaced. So it kept doing it’s starting off and on so I had the starter changed out and that seemed to help but it’s still so doing it and I am starting to feel defeated with the car Idk if someone can shed light onto what’s going on I would appreciate any advice
First question is what type of no start are you having?
Is it a crank, no start?
Or, is it a no crank, no start?
Each deals with different circuits
If there is a check engine light then read diagnostic trouble codes first.
That will help point at where the issue might be
If it is a crank no start then need to check for spark, fuel system, air flow (in-take and exhaust), compression, timing
Find out what is missing. This will help lead to what is wrong.
If it is a no crank, no start then need to look at starting system
Battery, ignition switch, park/neutral safety switch, contact points for powers and grounds
Note: Since it seems to be intermittent, it will be difficult to troubleshoot.
So, would clean up battery posts and cable terminals with metal brush
Follow negative cable to chassis ground and clean up contact points
Locate engine ground strap and clean up contact points.
This will eliminate corrosion as an issue
Please look at youtube and search for no start (crank or no crank)
It will give you better idea of the situation

I’ll look into that the issue is it won’t crank when you turn the key the dash lights come on for a second then it just won’t do anything no power at all I’ve changed the battery, starter, new plugs, oil change. But I’ll check out YouTube thanks
When it won't crank try shifting the gear selector to neutral and try to start engine
Note: You really should clean up contact points and grounds.
The all that is left in terms of parts is the ignition switch and the starter cut relay
