Hey all,

I have been searching the internet high and low and can't seem to find the correct answer. After a dealership maintenance my car unlocks when I get near it even before touching the door handle. I want to turn this feature off because I feel it's draining my battery. I've had issues with my battery ever since so based on what has changed, it should be safe to assume thats the issue. I have called the dealership a few times and I am promised call backs I never get sooo... Help please. TIA

I read through all of the locking and unlocking and it didnt mention anything about auto unlock. The closest I got was the unlock feature by touching the handle. Could it be that the dealer loaded the wrong model software update when I took it in?

 

I'd tell them what's happened and see what they say.
