Hello guys car cranks but wont start ek1 d16y4 s40trans.

I am abit lost rn cuz we manual swapped the car and plugged everything in but the car cranks but wont start theres spark and fuel, the main concern i have is that i put in a auto/manual starter in could that be the reason the car wont start, but then again the engines turning over. it could be the fuel pump that i replaced. Any thoughts and ideas would help i am so defeated 😭
