Default need some real opinions

i have a 96 civic...1.6 sohc auto...just bought another car, so its time to upgrade this one...lol...i've been told to put a 1.9 in it and i've been told to put another one in...i want to go manual...and im gonna put a turbo on it...so whats the best motor to throw in it?

well if ur gonna do a motor swap do a b16!! now whetheru do a b16a, a2, or b16b is up to u lol. b16s love boost.

I'd just get a V8 car... something with an LSx; Camaro, TA, Vette... something like that. 4 banger "performance" is a waste of time imo.

The sky is the limit these days on the civic and motor swaps. They are now stuffing J motors (V6's) into the with the 6 spd trannies. I've seen one shop even put turbos on it and are just working out the computer issues now. Its all a matter of what you want to do with your little Civic. 3.2 TL motors and 3.5 Passport and Odyssey motors are the next level.

oh yea, i put the 96 civic mount on the sol and fits i havnt been on h-t for a while lol
