i have a 2013 honda civic si. ok so I recently replaced my brake pads and rotors. i broke them in the way the instructions said to. i noticed when i turn even if the brakes aren't applied i sometimes hear a very bad grinding/ screeching noise. the weird part is that its not every time. i am completely stumped and need some help.

 

welcome to the forum. recheck the installation of the brake pad guides what the pads slide on sometimes they get bumped out of place.
