What foam would go between a spoiler and the trunk lid?
The spoiler I have decided to put onto my car came with foam attached to it. It's pretty dried out so I'll have to remove that and replace it. What foam should I use?
Thanks!
Thanks!

i have used the following to install spoilers. weather strip with stick on one side, with stick on both sides, scotch double sticky side tape, rtv sealant clear, polyurethane tape. all work good. make sure the surface is clean. isopropal alcohol

home depot, lowes, auto parts, auto paint supplies, rubbing alcohol to clean surface before adhesive to stick. sticky on one side was used when experimenting on several different spoiler to test on cars. easy to remove off the car deck lid vs. leaving on for ever, use double stick surface.

Thanks, I'll check next time I'm out.
I believe though, the 1998 to 2002 Accord trunk lids (and perhaps years after) have places punched into the trunk lid underside indicating where the factor spoiler mounts. Anyone know for sure?

No luck at Advance Auto, NAPA, or Hobby Lobby.
I did find this online. What do you guys think? Should I go 1/8" or 1/16"?
