2009 Honda metro CHF50S. It was running but sat a while. I have replaced the carb, fuel pump and filter, ignition coil and spark plug, removed and cleaned fuel tank, new fuel. Has spark, about 135 compression, and fuel to the carb. Rear brake on and main kill switch off. Will turn over but not fire up, not even with starter fluid. Is there any safety kill switches I don't know about? Kickstand lock or seat lock have anything to do with it?

Unfortunately, he did not get any response.
So probably decided not to post the fix.

 

You have a valve stuck and need to open up the motor.

You have got gas and spark. Got compression. Then it must be timing or clogged exhaust??
