Default 95 Honda accord axle shaft issues

New member here, I just replaced the clutch in my car got it back from mechanic drove a long distance. Going into a curve in the road at a high rate when car started bouncing. Found out that my drivers side upper ball joint came disconnected. Scared the crap out of me! Good thing I know a few things. I get it back together drove it a nice distance home. Go to take kids to school next day n my axle shaft unseat's it's self. I tear car apart replace drivers side axle, am able to drive so I take my car for a nice long ride. Did fine for whole day then again like before I put it in gear and she goes no where so I tear apart passenger side that axle shaft unseated, get it back together , and again it does it. Did this one more time n now I'm at a loss I don't know what to do now any suggestions?
