Default Fuel Tank Capacity

I have a 2009 Honda Jazz and I like it. A small reliable car.
However, after driving it for two years I have noticed that when I fill up from indicated empty to full I can only get about 32 litres in the tank. However, the Driver's Manual tells me that the the fuel tank capacity is 42 litres. This means that I do not use 25% of the fuel tank capacity. Has anyone else noticed this problem?

I will suggest you to first of all empty your fuel tank than once fill full tank fuel ,you will get true idea about your real tank capecity , after this you may contact to your regular mechanic to overcome this issue . for more detail you can visit PREVENTATIVE VEHICLE MAINTENANCE
