I'm trying to keep running a 2000 Odyssey at 240K miles with a chronic CEL with p0301, 0302, , pending P1399 (basically all cylinders misfiring). It also had the EGR passage restriction, which I cleaned out and is now not flashing the EGR codes. I've replaced all spark plugs and coils and PCV valve. Car idles a little rough, runs smooth in the 1-2.5K RPM range, and then noticeably misfires above that, especially when you step on the gas (the CEL flashes, goes solid below that) I'm not sure what to do next (is is the PCM, cat, valves, O2 sensors, small leprechauns... or if its time to just junk the thing).

 

Is it breathing OK?

 

Yes, at least on the intake side although it does smell a little stinky.
