Hello everyone.

I have a 2104 Honda Odyssey with 100K miles.

Once in a while when I try to come to a complete stop, the engine starts revving for no reason and it pulls the car forward making it hard to completely stop.

I have to release the brake slightly and then the rpms fall and then I could stop normally.

My mechanic did a computer diagnostic and nothing showed up. Has anybody else experienced this or know what the issue may be?

When you let off the brake it calms down?

Yes. When I let off the brake AND I let the vehicle move forward just a little bit (like 6-12 inches), then it calms down.

 

I think you have a leaky booster.
