Default Power steering cap popping off 2005 odyssey after oil change and timing belt replaced

On my 2005 Honda Odyssey, After getting an oil change and timing belt replaced and pulleys, my car started to make a weird humming sound, which was from the ps cap getting blown off and the liquid leaking completely out and it was the sound of something being sucked in (probably empty ps reservoir) I noticed there was a red ps cap on the ground and prior to the oil change, there was a metal cap on the reservoir. When I google a metal cap to see if it’s just due to the wrong cap being out on I can’t find one anywhere and it was definitely what I had prior to the oil change. What could cause this? I had someone repair the leaks so he thinks it’s the pump bc It’s also blown the red cap off 3 different times now.

with what I’ve mentioned do you think there could be more wrong with it associated with the pump being bad? Or that would fix the issue??? I’m just trying to see if it’s worth fixing, it’s only got 177k miles but idk

Bad seals will cause it to leak back and create pressure in the low side.
