My pilot windshield wipers stopped . The fuse was good. I have the large manual and am confused by the checkout section. As I read it I unplug the connection to the motor. Then I run a lumper wire to the 3 and 5 terminals on the motor from the battery then run the wipers on low or high. If it does not read 4 volts or more the motor is bad?

The directions are confusing to me. Help

 

Go to advance auto parts they should be able to check it for you with a meter.

 

I dont think ive EVER seen one of those Pilot Wiper motors fail.. ? Id guess its something else giving trouble affecting the wiper motor.
