Default Weight Distribution Hitch and Anti-Sway bar

Just purchased a '21 Ridgeline Sport and intend to haul our 17' custom-built RV with gross weight around 3500 lbs. Any thoughts on the need for a combo weight distribution hitch/anti-sway bar. Dealer says it's not necessary because of the unibody construction.

I use one on my 4,000# 24 foot TT.
This, '19 is my third Ridgeline, I've used the same setup on each one.
I use 600# Tounge WT Torsion Bars and it levels the truck just fine.

I don't see how "Unibody" has anything to do with the weight distibuting hitch?
