Default Blue Smoke sometimes?

Hello my name is Carson and I recently bought a 4 wheeler from my friend it is an 09 Honda rancher 420. We went out riding today and I got in some pretty deep muddy water and the atv shut off under water, I cranked it back up but it took about 10 seconds of it being underwater without running. Didn't think anything about it and rode for another hour or so, I started smelling oil and the atv just didn't feel right, so we went home. When I got there a hose running to the oil had come loose and water was all in my oil, and now when I rev the atv blue smoke comes out but not when I'm idling, any suggestions on my next step? Thanks for taking the time to read I know it was long haha (we changed oil about 4-5 times and it has compression still)

welcome to the forum. possible scraper ring wore out during water in the oil. scraper ring keeps the oil in the crankcase area, but if worn, allows oil into the combustion chamber pass the compression rings.
