You went from having fuel in post 1 to not having fuel in post 5.
Good recommendation from grcauto based on post 5. New pump did not correct the problem so now you are talking about a timing issue.

If that is the case, a simple timing check (as suggested) will tell you if you are on the correct path.

If it is a cold start problem then it could be the Engine Coolant Temperature sensor. The CRV has two. One is on the radiator and is basically a temperature switch, It closed when the coolant is hot and completes the circuit for the radiator fan. The second ECT sensor is on the engine. It tells the ECU when the engine is cold or warm. Cold is open loop and the ECU will use a fuel map stored in the ECU. When warm, the ECU will use the information coming from the Upstream O2 sensor to determine how much fuel to use. So, it acts like an electronic choke. Sometimes spraying extra fuel into the intake will help the engine start when cold. Sometimes not (can flood engine).

Another reason for long or hard start, when cold, is the fuel pump or fuel regulator doesn't hold the fuel pressure. Test would be to put a fuel pressure tester on. Crank the engine and measure the fuel pressure. Then watch the fuel pressure for about fifteen minutes to half hour. If the pressure drops quickly then the fuel is either draining thru the fuel injectors or the fuel pump or fuel pressure regulator is leaking fuel pressure. This can cause hard starts.
