Default Engine Fitment

Replacing the engine in a friend's 2001 CRV, B20, 5 Speed.
Engine proposed came from same year but with Auto Transmission.
Should I expect any issues?
Tia..

you may need the ecu for the auto transmission. drive shaft different, you might want to view the parts list at cheaperhondaparts.com to compare. trans, drive shaft, mounts, radiator cooling, cooling lines. shifting control,

The engine should bolt up ok to the manual tranny with no issues, right? I'm just changing the motor...IE the flywheel and clutch assembly should bolt to the crankshaft...
