I found a few 02-04 CRV AWD 5 speeds in my area, they range from 130K-150K miles. I haven't looked at them yet, but they seem to be in good shape. They are asking about $5K but I think I could probably get away with $4500.

I want to drive this car for the next 3 years / 36K miles reliably. I can fix almost anything on the car, so as long as the parts are cheap and quick to change I'll be fine.

Besides the AC compressors are there any other things I should worry about, these seem like solid cars, and they are the only AWD manual SUVs I can find in my price range.

Anything else to look out for?
