Hi, I am new to the forum.

I drive a 2011 Honda CRV. Just had my oil changed and tires rotated yesterday. The shop also let me know my air filter was very dirty. They put it back in, and I will take care of that on my own time. But now when I accelerate, my car is louder than normal. The noise is coming from the front. It does not do it when I idle, only when driving. Is it possible the filter isn't all the way closed? (I really do not know much about cars) Thank you

 

welcome to the forum. it is possible the air filter is not installed properly, take it out and recheck or just replace it. also check for any loose loose intake or pvc hose or loose oil cap..
