Default Sensor resetting

hi! I just got a new lane changing sensor, or whatever the sensor that goes behind the grill, put in. The flashing lights have not gone off and I’ve driven quite a bit. Is there something I need to do to reset it? The auto body shop said I may have to have the Honda dealer do something to it.

welcome to the forum. yes the body shop is correct on this one, seems you have a fairly new vehicle. need the dealer to reset. disconnecting the battery cable is for the older honda's, not the same for the new ones.
