Unhappy vibration while braking

I have 2003 CRV. It started to vibrate when breaking at >60mph. I changed front tires, got it aligned, replaced front rotors and break pads and car is still vibrating but not as much. On the back I replaced only pads. Should I replace back rotors too? What else can cause vibration like that?

Thanks!!

back rotors can cause mild vibration if there are a lot of miles on the rotor. also if the back tires are cupping, this also could cause vibration.
One way you might be able to check the rear rotor is if you pull the hand brake g e n t l y ( easy ) while the car is rolling and see if the vibration is there, ( this only puts the rear brakes on gently.)
