So I'm looking into Honda accords to "build".
when I say build, I mean more exterior work the engine work. But I do want to do some modding to the car, aka maybe a Frankenstein ? But anyway I want a decently quick Accord, but what would be the best generation to do this? I love the old body's with the flip up headlights but I doubt they're good to be doing slot of engine work too.

fwelcome to the forum. any generation is good to mod. i perfer the 93. just because of the body style. ive seen all years and just depends on how much money a person wants to put in, they can be made to go real fast. example of one, the 07 Fit was introduced to north america and within 6 months i watched mod shops install a K 2.0 turbo with 300hp to race. what a hot rod.. 2600lbs and 300 hp. 6 spd. good and fast. so you can get any gen car and do what you want. just $$$$$$

 

Well money is a issue/not a issue, im in college and my parents still pay most of my bills (we'll see how long that lasts lol)
but I just don't know anything about Honda's and how they're built (other then like a tank). Like I previously said I really really love the pop up headlight models and would love too build one, but those have carbs and maybe difficult to mod so I don't know

 

the pop up lights are the 69 and earlier models, accord and prelude. difficult to find in good condition.
