Default 2003 crv starts to miss/ code ?

I have a 2003 crv that has started to miss. By this I mean that on acceleration it will sometimes miss, also I notices this pass weekend while on cruise control on the highway it started to miss again. When it does this I backed off on gas and evetionaly (maybe 20 seconds) it ran good. I have checked the air filter and it is not terrible dirty acutually pretty clean. What else should I check. I have run a coupe containers of Sea Foam thru it with no help. Where do I find the port to pull codes so I can have that done? Thanks Terry

Thanks, I was thinking of the plugs myself. I will do all the basics new plugs, air filter, (is there a fuel filter to replace?), checked the gas cap seems to be not a problem. You get it, looking for basics but would like to have the codes pulled, can anyone help me as to where that is pulled from, so I do not look like a idiot at my local auto supply store ask to have codes pulled.

fuel filter is in the tank, need to drain tank to get access to the filter. ( I would not touch that my self) port is right side of the steering wheel low looing up is a plug hook up. about shin level.
