Default 2014 CR-V Idle Vibrations

I have a 2014 CR-V AWD which I bought with ~62k miles. The car has been wonderful, aside from vibrations I'm getting when I'm idling at a stoplight. I mean this: foot on the brake, in drive, stopped. The steering wheel and cabin vibrate enough to make me sick sometimes. If I shift into neutral it seems to stop.

Has anyone had a similar problem/found a solution? I love the car, but it's bad enough to make me hate driving it. I'm considering trading down for a different vehicle if I can't figure it out.

I appreciate everyone who can offer some advice.

Is the check engine light on?
Rough idle (at stop)?
When was the last maintenance done on the vehicle?

Inspect spark plugs and boots
Replace as necessary
Add fuel injector cleaner
Change oil
Clean battery posts and cable terminals (don't forget grounds)
Replace the PCV
Inspect belt(s) and air filter
Replace as necessary
Clean throttle body

Hey there-

No check engine light.
Rough idle at stop, yes. Fine in park and neutral; bad in drive, reverse, 1, 2.
Last maintenance done semi-recently. I had a tech check the car out and they swapped transmission fluid but that was it.

I'll try to take a look at all of those things. Unfortunately I don't have all of the correct tools to get at those plugs easily. I can see what I can do. I appreciate your reply.

I didn't exactly notice this because I didn't spend large amounts of time idling in drive when I was test driving. Shame on me I suppose. What is confusing is that I don't understand why some say this is "normal." I feel like fewer of these cars would sell/there would be more posts online about it if it happened so often. The idle can shake the entire car.
