Hey guys just installed a Bosch 02 sensor and my car ran fine after but I noticed fumes. At first I thought it was leaking from the bottom where it was connected but it fumes near the top.

Have anyone had this issue, or is this normal? Here is the video

O2 sensors have a built in heating sensor,is that smoke in the vid?

 

I couldn't tell if it was smoke, it probably is I am going to run it for a day before I order a replacement from amazon.

 

Hey Bucwheat, did not see anything today. Must have been some left over chemicals that burned off.

 

Could have been oil or coolant residue.
