Default passport misfire

have a 99 passport ex 4x4 with 3.2L in it. the engine light is on and it says cyl 1 misfire. i checked the injector with a screw driver it does click. i unhooked the coil pack while it was idlin and it didn't change so thought it was coil pack so i switched coil packs and no change. i tried carb cleaner around intake gasket no change.checked for burnt valve with paper at exhaust didn't suck it in.changed fuel filter anybody know what else i can try the only thing i can think of is having a compression test and the computer checked

Unhappy

did a compression test today cylinder 1 only had 60psi the rest were between 160-190,i put a little oil in cyl 1 and it got up to 120psi.i'm about 98% sure that means bad rings i really hope it could mean something else. was wondering if anyone knew ball park figure how much it would cost to have rebuilt.
