Default 04 accord v6 steering wobble and vibration

Hey all. 04 accord v6 has a wobble at low speeds below 10mph can feel the whole car wobble. Around 30-40+ can feel the steering wheel wobble left and right on its own. The car pulls hard right when let go of the wheel, and also has a vibration at highway speeds. Since this problem started, i have replaced front right lower control arm bushing and right cv axle. Got a tiny bit better, but still there. With in the last 10k miles, all new pads, rotors, couple calipers and hoses, upper and lower control arms, ball joints, inner and outer tie rods, front struts, motor and trans mounts. The car has 178k miles. When i jack the car up and push/pull the tire/wheel to check tie rods, ball joints, wheel bearings, its all tight.

I was thinking maybe steering shaft, so i took a look at that, looks like its brand new and we didnt install it, got the car 4-5 years ago with about 130k. I know looks dont mean anything. It didnt seem like it had much play. Turning the steering wheel and watching the steering shaft, there was no delay/slop. There looks to be a little white bushing or something toward the bottom of the steering shaft, there may be a little play there. Rag joint didnt seem bad. Im just really confused on what could be causing this, and dont really want to throw another $170 at it and not fix the issue. The driver side front control arm bushing/compliance bushing is separating a little, the rubber from the metal, the passenger side was much worse, thats why i changed it, didnt seem to help much, if at all. The rubber part of the bushing is still good, jus coming loose from the outer metal of the bushing. But like i said, not nearly as bad as the passenger side was and replacing that didnt help much. Any other ideas what it could be? Also had an alignment less than 10k miles ago.

When you turn the steering wheel do the wheels move at the same time? No delay or slop.

So i noticed this morning, if im just slightly turning the wheel, it doesnt return. If im taking a 90° turn, the steering wheel returns, but not all the way.

See if it's good at the rack where the column attaches. Does the pto turn with the steering wheel? Yes. Does the rack respond at the same time. Both sides. You just need to find where there's slop.
