Trying to change to change IACV (Idle Air Control Valve) on a 2000 Honda Accord 4 CYL Head of screws are messed up,can't remove screws or break loose with vice grip pliers. Any suggestions on how to get them out? Could cut heads off and drill out. They are in a bad location to try to cut & drill. Any help is much appreciated. Not a mechanic,DIY guy at 64 years old. Got my limitations. Giving it a good college try minus the college. Thought about cutting off heads,change it and remounting it and putting it in different location. Not sure if that is a keen Idea.

 

If you can remove the heads (grind with carbide bit) pull the sensor off and the stubs should come out easy.
