Sorry if this isn't the right place to ask this. I know a little bit about cars and how they work and repair or maintenance but nothing serious. My sister was driving on the highway when the car stalled and will not restart. I do believe it is getting fuel and has spark, it turns over and sounds semi normal, it will turn over twice normally and then seems like it fails to fire or something on the third and then repeat that cycle. The scanner I have said it was misfiring in cylinder 4. Not sure how to go about fixing it, I know im capable of doing something like a timing belt replacement. Im not sure when the timing belt was replaced so that is probably on the to do soon list if its not the issue and I can get it running once again. Any help would be appreciated and I can answer more questions for those willing to help. Thank you for your time
