i bought a motor from the junkyard with supposedly 80000 miles on it so i swapped the motors out and tried cranking the new one and wont crank did compression test and got the following readings 210, 150, 210, 120... can anyone tell me what it is supposed to be and wouldnt it at least try to start or sputter or something even with that much or would it not start at alll please help if its cheap and simple id rather not pull the motor back out

 

I don't know a lot about Hondas but if you don't get at least a sputter like it's tring to run then my guess is an electrical problem ,does it turn over when the starter cycles? Do the head lights come on ?

 

do you have spark, fuel.?? compression should all be close to the same, but ok for used and after you run it a bit, compression may come back up.
