hey guys i bought a motor from the junkyard for my car and put it in the motor supposedly only had 80000 miles on it so i put it in and it wont start so i did a compression test and got #1 210 #2 150 #3 210 #4 120 is this the reason it wont start i figure it would at least sputter or backfire but it just turn over and thats it please help could it be simple i really dont wanna have to pull the motor back out again

 

With compression figures like that it should start, number 4 is a bit low, but it should fire.
Have you checked the obvious like fuel and spark? How's valve timing?

 

welll i already swapped motors and now the one i have put back in isnt running right when i first got it running it was VERY rough and i messed with it for 2 days before i figured out the plug wires werent on the right spot on the distibutor so they got put on right and now the car wont rev up like it should once it warms up.... after it warms up and you try to hit the gas it just bogs and trys to rev up but wont then if you get pumping the gas while its bogging you can get the rpms to come up but it wont rev past 5200 rpms or so like its struggling.... i have already replaced fuel filter, spark plugs, has new cap, changed wires, replaced coolant temp switch and tp sensor wtf else could it be
