when I had mine adjusted, I asked the mech why adjust other than they started to get a little noisy, said if valves not open correctly valve lip can start to burn away, if open to much gasses escape in or out and cause pop on the intake side or pop in the exhaust which will cause the sensors and cat to go bad.

Default accord valve help

Hey whattdya suggest. My end 3 valves, front exhaust side clicks very loud and doesnt hold compression enough to start. What should I do. Sounds like you talked with someone who was knowledgable at it. Please if you can. Thanks, Jason
