Default oil leak?

hello all. i recently purchased a 2000 accord v6. i am an ASE certified mechanic and repair cars for a living. I mainly work on the 4cyl hondas at work and in changing the timing belts on the 4cyl honda engine most of them have the oil leaking at the oil pump shaft seal and mount seal. My question for yall is, do the v6 hondas have the same typical issue as the 4cyl motors? my v6 is obviously leaking at the front crank seal. i have no problem doin the timing belt and water pump. just wondering if there are any other seals on the bottom end i should change while im replacing the timing belt. the car has 258,000 miles. runs and drives great. i bought it as a gas saving investment since all my other vehicles are all antiques and get at best 10mpg. i paid 500 for the car and other than the tree the original owner hit. the vehicle is in immaculate shape.if anyone has any info or tips, all are welcome. thanks
