Vacuum Leak Honda Accord 1991 LX w F22B DOHC Non Vtec Engine?!?
So I've been working on the surging idle for over a week and a half now reading all the forum posts etc...
So far I've:
Cleaned/Replaced IACV, cleaned/replaced FITV, cleaned/replaced Air boost valve, cleaned the TB, changed air filter, changed spark plugs, checked for vacuum leak with pressure gauge, put techron fuel injection cleaner in, replaced PCV valve, and put a new fuel filter in. Then I turned the car on, unplugged the IACV, lowered the idle to lowest it would go which was 700 RPMS and plugged it back in, and I bled the cooling system with all new coolant.
Oh and it only does the surging idle from 1500 to 1000 RPMS in Park and Neutral once it's warm. No code is thrown I jumped the blue thing on the passenger side floorboards. Any more ideas and I would be much appreciative! Thank you all for reading!

As much as you have replaced I would think it solved the problem, only thing I can add is check again for vaccum leaks or maybe an eletrical issue. And it's possible you have gotten a defective IACV,it has happened to me.
