Default Advice appreciated: should I get these repairs?

Hello all.

I have a 2002 Honda Civic with 100k miles and just went into the shop yesterday for routine maintenance. The mechanic recommended I get some repairs done, but as I am selling this car in 8 more months I don't know if I should invest the money. I would appreciate any advice on if these repairs are necessary, considering that I just want to be safe on the road and sell the car cheaply to someone more experienced with these issues in the future. Thanks in advance for reading my post.

Power steering leak, replace hose and resevour. Estimate 347 dollars.

FT bushings cracked, estimate 420 dollars (just replaced these two years ago).

FT motor mount, estimate 180 dollars.

Welcome to the forum,The first thing I would do is change out the motormount yourself ,it's pretty straight foward. So no major damage occurs until you trade it.Where is the powersteering leaking? If is not to bad just watch it and don't let the fluid get low.Good luck

The power steering is leaking around the main tube from the resevouir. My fluid was a bit low, but it's not something that is an incredible annoyance. Should this fix cost so much, in your opinion?

Also, what of the bushings? Is this a necessity to fix?

Thanks for your help!
