Changed my valve cover gasket and noticed some marks on the side wall next to the valves . Is this rubbing of some sort? Should I be concerned or fix something? Thank you. Attached pic .
welcome to the forum. no concern, nothing rubbing. someone previous to you may have adjusted the valve and the feeler gauge or tool being used may have touched the side and made those marks.
