2005 honda civic had a crack in exhaust manifold . i bought a new one off ebay but it wasnt california compliant and now the part dosent fit correctly...what are my options. Theres a gap letting air through. Do u suggest i buy the c.a compliant exhaust manifold or do you think its possible to customize the one i have to make it fit?

 

Why not take the old one to a welder and have it welded??

 

Welcome to the forum. avisitor has a good suggestion. I took my 02 civic crack manifold to a muffler shop and had them weld it.
