I have 45000 miles on my 2016 Pilot the dealer quoted me $ 580.00 to change the oil on the 9 speed tranny sounds excessive opinions please thanks

 

welcome to the forum. your dealership is pushing for maintenance money as much as the customer will pay. i would recommend using a transmission shop that works on Honda transmissions using only Honda fluid and get an estimate from them also service interval for the 2016 trans per dealership is 60k. https://www.cheaperhondaparts.com/se...smission+fluid

 

Thanks that's what I thought. The dealer also thinks I need a differential oil change every 25000 miles. Never had AWD so not familiar on that part of it.
