Default Pilot fluttering noise at 40 mph near front driver fender

I have a 2016 Pilot. At exactly 40 mph there is a fluttering noise that seems to come from the front driver side fender. I originally thought it was a lose piece of trim catching the wind, but then realized no matter the wind it would always happen at 40 mph. It only lasts for maybe one second and stops. It does NOT rattle or shake the car, literally no impact on driving or feel of the car. Sounds and feels like a piece of loose trim. It happens occasionally at a speed in the 50’s also, but it’s much more regular/common right when I hit 40 mph.

Any ideas?

The crazy thing is that it happens at exactly 40 mph. I check a lot of trim but I can’t imagine a piece of trim would make a noise at only exactly 40 mph. :-)
