Default Timing chain

I have a 2003 Honda CRV. How can I tell if the timing chain has skipped a tooth? Simptoms are engine light goes on and sometimes blinks Doesn't start sometimes after sitting awhile.I've replaced the fuel pump, injectors, plugs and rotors

welcome to the forum. timing chain jump runs bad to not run. does not matter hot or cold. possible bent valves, normally engine stops running.

When it doesn't want to start, (crank, no start) check for
Fuel
Air
Spark
Timing
Exhaust
Compression
